Mid-level Projects and Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Attorney

Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level projects and mergers and acquisitions associate attorney with 5-6 years of advanced transactions experience preferably including experience with M&A documents such as purchase and sale agreements, asset purchase agreements, merger agreements, and joint venture agreements at a nationally recognized law firm. The candidate should ideally have familiarity with project development contracts such as O&M agreements, construction management agreements, transition services agreements, and EPC contracts. Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
