Orlando office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks real estate and business attorney with 2+ years of experience in real estate and business law. The candidate will be meeting clients to determine their needs regarding real estate and business law and advising on how they can be best assisted with those needs. Will be conducting effective legal research, analyzing data, and providing legal solutions for the situation. Effectively communicating with clients, staff, and others in person, via phone, Zoom, Teams, and emails. Meeting with clients to explain and assist with executing their legal documents. Attending any marketing and educational events that may be necessary to build both professional and legal needs for the benefit of the candidate and the firm. Must have a passion for real estate, business law, title insurance, estate planning, and probate law, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an excellent eye for detail. Experience in real estate law is a plus. Developing and managing relationships with clients and other firm members is paramount to driving personal and firm success. Must have a solid knowledge of legal research, laws, and regulations related to estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate law. Existing Notary preferred. Must be a graduate of an accredited law program and licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.

The candidate should have the ability to maintain high levels of professional conduct, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Must be self-motivated and able to effectively manage, organize and complete caseloads. Should be client service-oriented, ability to assess clients needs, empathize, assist with challenging life issues, and deliver quality services quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed. A positive attitude, being a team player, and leadership skills are essential.
