Associate Attorney

Pasadena office of our client seeks an associate attorney with some experience. The candidate will assist with drafting legal documents, including motions and pleadings. Assist with the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents. Negotiate settlements and perform legal research. Make court appearances as necessary. Conduct initial consultations with potential clients. Must have a license to practice law. Must have a good standing with the Texas State Bar. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish. Must have a JD degree from an accredited law school. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have analytical skills and attention to detail.
