The candidate will have patentability and freedom to operate analyses and opinions; patent prosecution and counseling, including drafting patent applications and responses to office actions; post-grant procedures at the USPTO; and litigation support. Should have a Ph.D. in Biotechnology or a related field to join the busy life sciences patent prosecution and counseling practice. Broad scientific knowledge in biotechnology is required. Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
