Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Attorney

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mergers and acquisitions associate attorney with 4-7 years of relevant experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity buyouts, asset sales, tender and exchange offers, and other strategic transactions. The candidate should preferably have experience as a lead associate on M&A transactions, with experience drafting definitive transaction agreements and managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction.

The candidate must have superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
