Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney

Rocklin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a workers' compensation associate attorney with 3 years of experience as a California applicant or defense attorney, working all facets of a workers' compensation case, including conducting depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals. The candidate will manage and advocate for a full caseload from assignment through completion. Communicate effectively with team and clients. Effectively manage and lead own case management team to provide world-class customer service. Attend company and community events as a representative of the firm. Must have California State Bar membership.
