Junior Restructuring And Insolvency Litigation Associate Attorney

Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior restructuring and insolvency litigation associate attorney with 2 years of restructuring and reorganization experience working on insolvency litigation matters. The candidate will work closely with partners and other team members on complex business restructuring, reorganization, and insolvency litigation matters. Should preferably have some background in and a solid understanding of restructuring practice. Experience making appearances in bankruptcy court is required. Must be licensed to practice law in Florida.

The candidate should have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Must be able to work with a high volume and varied caseload, prioritize, and have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients/co-workers effectively and efficiently. Must further possess excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye towards detail and the ability to work in a team environment and multi-task. Should also be able to work under pressure and deadlines and be disciplined to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
