Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience in intellectual property and entertainment law, employment, and consumer protection class action litigation. The candidate must have experience with complex litigation, including taking and defending depositions, performing legal research, and drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery in federal and state court. Judicial clerkship and/or AM Law 100 experience is a plus. Must be a current member of the California Bar or member of the bar of another jurisdiction of the United States willing to take the California Bar Exam at the next available opportunity. Must have superior academic credentials and writing skills.
