Real Estate Corporate Associate Attorney

The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience in real estate transactions, including structuring and closing transactions in the areas of commercial real estate finance, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development. Experience representing major commercial and multi-family developers, investors, and lenders, with experience in office and industrial leasing, is preferred. CT Bar admission in good standing is essential.

The candidate should have excellent technical, legal research, professional, and client service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills are needed. Must be team-oriented with an emphasis on collaboration. Should have effective and efficient problem solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively, and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs.
