The candidate should preferably have an engineering degree and be admitted to the USPTO. Should preferably also have experience with all aspects of IP Litigation, including briefing and motions practice, taking depositions, working with experts, patent office proceedings, trial proceedings, etc. Must also be licensed to practice law or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials. Strong organizational and analytical abilities are required. Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills. Should demonstrate superior client service skills.
