Employment Law Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employment law associate attorney with 3-5 years of employment law experience, including litigation. The attorney will have a focus on employment litigation and defense of administrative charges but will be involved in all aspects of our practice, including, without limitation negotiating and preparing employment agreements, providing HR compliance counseling, drafting HR policies and employee handbooks, advising on reductions in force, and conducting workplace training. Must be admitted in New York. The ability to write/speak Spanish fluently and labor law experience are plusses. Must possess superior written and verbal communication skills, as well as a demonstrated outstanding work ethic.
