Structured Finance Senior Career Associate Attorney

Wheeling office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a structured finance senior career associate attorney with 4-7 years of experience in securitization / structured finance. The candidate should preferably have prior CMBS experience. Must be admitted to the West Virginia State Bar, be eligible to join the West Virginia State Bar via reciprocity or by transferring a UBE score, or be willing to take the West Virginia State Bar Exam.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Superior communication skills and the ability to work with clients are required.
