New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks international trade and investment controls lawyer with experience in advising clients on the regulation of U.S. trade and investment, including advising on tariff and trade matters, antidumping and exclusion requests, export controls, economic sanctions, foreign direct investment (including CFIUS) and customs and import laws and regulations. The candidate will be advising clients on the application of trade regulations including EAR, ITAR, and OFAC regulations to their cross-border business operations. Will assist clients in developing compliance programs and advising with respect to trade issues in pre-and post-acquisition due diligence, advising on voluntary disclosures related to trade compliance and applying and obtaining licenses, permission, and authorizations for the conduct of international trade.
