Real Estate Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks real estate associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in broad-based transactional commercial real estate including experience with financing, leasing and acquisition and disposition transactions. The candidate should have experience representing sophisticated owners and operators of commercial real estate as borrower, buyer or seller, and landlord. Familiarity with the full life-cycle of a transaction and ability to review and comment on loan documents, leases and purchase agreements needed. Must preferably be a member of the California Bar. Should have an LL.M. degree from an ABA accredited law school.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials, excellent critical reasoning skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts. Must be Graduated with a JD degree. Should have excellent written/verbal communication skills. A high level of professionalism in working and engaging with demanding clients and sophisticated investors needed.
