Litigation Attorney

Bountiful office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation attorney with some experience. The candidate responsibilities will involve the supervision of a case from start to finish. Along with the help from the team and staff, will retain clients, develop legal strategies, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and attend court/depositions/mediations, etc. Utah Bar License is required. The current book of business is preferred.
