This opportunity is ideal for a skilled civil litigator looking to work in a hybrid environment and expand into a specialized area of law. Location:

Duties:

  • Handle all stages of civil litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial prep

  • Represent HOA clients at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

  • Advise HOA boards and property managers on litigation strategy and risk management

  • Draft legal opinions, correspondence, and litigation documents

  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients for efficient case handling

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience

  • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

  • Experience with HOA, real estate, or construction litigation preferred

  • Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases concurrently

  • Client-centered mindset with a team-oriented approach

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in California
