Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in Labor and Employment law

Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in Labor and Employment law. The candidate will serve in legal research, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, drafting and answering discovery, trial preparation, and trial assistance. Must have experience in filing pleadings with State and Federal courts and appearing in Court. Must preferably have experience in Professional Liability, A&E, or D&O. Admission to practice in the State of Pennsylvania is required, Admission to practice in New Jersey, or Delaware, is a plus.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and must communicate with clients and colleagues effectively and in a timely manner. Must have graduated with a 3.2 law school GPA or higher.
