Blue Bell office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks IP biotech associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will provide scientific expertise and assist with all aspects of patent prosecution, both US and foreign, focusing on the pharmaceutical and biotechnical arts. Will assist in the preparation, filing and prosecution of patent applications, patent searching, and opinion preparation. Should have an advanced degree, or a PhD with a technical degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, or equivalent. Should preferably have 1+ years of working patent knowledge.
The candidate should have superior technical, verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment for multiple partners, prioritize and resolve conflicting workload assignments, and adapt to changing conditions essential.
