New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level or senior private clients practice associate attorney with 5 years of experience serving high net worth individuals. The candidate will act as general counsel to high net worth clients and advise on a full range of matters, including Estate, gift, and income tax planning; Cross-border and international planning; Administration of trusts and estates; Closely-held businesses and succession planning; Matrimonial matters; Private investments; Transactions and planning involving residential real estate and luxury items, including art, boats, and aircraft; Charitable planning. Must be admitted to the New York Bar. Additional Bar admissions in Florida, New Jersey and Connecticut are preferred.

The candidate should preferably have superior client skills and a desire for advancement. Must have excellent credentials. An LLM in Taxation is a plus.
