Family Law Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law associate attorney with 2 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have experience with LexisNexis or Westlaw, Dissomaster, Essential Forms, and law firm client management software. Proficiency in California Family Code, California Rules of Court, and local rules needed. Some court experience attending hearings is required. Must have familiarity with San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin, Alameda, and/or Santa Clara Superior Courts. Bilingual or Spanish proficiency preferred.

The candidate should have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, excellent research and writing skills, and experience in drafting settlement proposals, pleadings, discovery requests, requests for orders, and trial briefs. The ability to manage, train, and work with paralegals and legal assistants is required. Must have client management skills from intake through resolution. Should have a positive attitude, and be intellectually curious, dependable, and motivated.
