Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks tax and joint ventures associate attorney with 3-5 years of diversified transactional tax experience. The candidate should have experience in highly sophisticated real estate joint ventures and partnership tax, and familiarity with complex real estate limited liability company and partnership agreements. Major law firm experience preferred. An LL.M is helpful. Admission to the State Bar of California essential.

The candidate should have excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills. Should be able to work in a team, but also handle significant individual responsibilities. Must have a high level of academic achievement.
