Cleveland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks tax transaction associate attorney with 3 years of experience in sophisticated tax matters and commercial transactions, including tax issue analysis, tax planning and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, entity selection and formation, contract review and drafting corporate documents such as purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, operating/shareholder agreements, and related transaction documents. The candidate should have a basic knowledge of IRC Subchapter C, IRC Subchapter S, and IRC Subchapter K. An LLM in Taxation is a plus. Must have significant tax and mergers and acquisitions experience, a strong work ethic, and comparable law firm experience.

The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
