The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting documents related to mergers and acquisitions and conducting due diligence in preparation for such transactions. Must have experience representing public and/or private companies in mergers and acquisitions and public company filing requirements, having assumed leadership roles on complex transactions and related corporate matters. Should currently be licensed to practice in Arizona.
The candidate should have excellent academic credentials and strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers - inside and outside the firm are essential.
