Macon office of our client seeks associate attorney with ideally 3-5 years of experience in creditors rights and civil litigation. The candidate will assist with its retail consumer collections practice. Will serve in court appearances throughout the state, pleadings preparation, docket/case management and close interaction with their assigned team. Must be licensed in Michigan.

The candidate should have Four year Bachelors degree from accredited college or university. Must have Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Should be tech savvy, self-sufficient, organized, self-motivated and willing to travel within the state.

This firm is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is a mid-sized law firm that represents clients in both state and federal trial and appellate courts in the United States as well as the Caribbean. This firm's areas of focus are receiverships, Caribbean liquidations, creditors' rights and collections, claims administrative and distribution, civil litigation, and corporate law.
