The candidate will draft, review and negotiate contracts, address corporate governance, entity selection and formation issues, and handle business transactions. Focus on procurement, construction, real estate matters, supplier agreements, vendor agreements, and consulting agreements. Review contracts and policies for government bodies, attend meetings of governmental bodies, and interact with client representatives.

The candidate must have excellent academic qualifications, communication skills, and a desire to learn. Should have a sound base of knowledge about the laws which commonly affect public clients.
