Duties

• Manage all aspects of client engagements, both substantive and administrative.
• Conduct introductory meetings and assess scope of representation.
• Oversee invoicing and compliance with ethical requirements.
• Supervise associate attorneys and coordinate with Of Counsel.
• Draft and manage legal content and work product.
• Perform legal research and prepare written memoranda.
• Review and manage client files and legal documents.
• Anticipate legal issues and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct due diligence for contracts and mergers.
• Stay updated on legal changes and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate with strong academic record.
• Admittance to Oregon State Bar; Washington State Bar preferred.
• 6-12 years of legal experience, with 5+ years at a law firm preferred.
• Substantial experience in corporate and commercial transactions.
• Proficient in contract drafting and client engagement management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Windows OS, MSOffice, and case management software.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree
• Juris Doctorate
