The candidate should have knowledge and experience with state and federal laws related to environmental cleanup, air quality, fish and wildlife, hazardous wastes, water quality, removal/fill (wetlands), and water rights. Must have knowledge of and experience with Federal Indian Law. Business development experience and a strong interest in engaging in natural resource-related industries are essential. Oregon State Bar and Washington State Bar admissions or eligibility to waive-in essential. Must have a track record demonstrating exemplary client service, organizational skills, and teamwork. Should have excellent skills in legal research, analysis, writing, and in communication.
