Health Care Attorney

Florham Park office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks health care attorney with 5 years of relevant corporate contract drafting and negotiation experience together with experience advising health care clients (such as health care systems, hospitals, long term care facilities, surgery centers, medical practices, physicians, and other providers and vendors in the health care space) on business, transactional and/or federal and state regulatory issues (including, without limitation, fraud, and abuse, licensing, privacy and security, corporate practice of medicine, and other health care regulatory issues). The candidate should preferably have experience with clinical research matters, reimbursement, managed care, joint ventures, and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions. New Jersey Bar admission is required and New York Bar admission is a plus.

The candidate should preferably have a strong academic background, be a self-starter and detailed-oriented and display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
