The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely in a collaborative, low-ego environment with a highly experienced team of corporate attorneys and paraprofessionals, representing a diverse group of reputable and well-established clients. Should have experience with structuring M&A transactions and drafting tax-related transactional documents. Emphasis will be on tax planning, federal and state tax controversy and litigation, mergers and acquisitions, business entity structuring, corporate financings, and general corporate practice. Should be a California-admitted attorney from a firm with a comparable corporate practice, a top law school with solid grades, and possess an LL.M degree in taxation.
