Scottsdale office of our client seeks associate attorney with 2-5 years of jurisdiction experience in foreclosure and REO-related litigation. The candidate will manage cases from assignment to conclusion. Will draft court pleadings, legal memos, and correspondence. Oversee discovery matters including depositions, filings, and motion defense. Independently represent the clients at court hearings (live and telephonic) and mediations. Conduct internal and external trainings. Communicate directly with the firms clients. Must be licensed to practice law in the State and admitted in all Federal District Courts within the state or willingness to get admitted. Should be a Member in good standing with the Bar Association.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Must have excellent legal research skills. Should have ability to organize and manage caseload.
