Charlottesville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid to senior-level corporate and securities associate attorney with 3-7 years of corporate and securities experience in a large regional or national law firm. The candidate will work in a collaborative environment as part of a dynamic multi-office team representing the firm's public company and other clients. Should preferably have experience with both 1933 and 1934 Act matters, with a focus on periodic reporting on Forms 8-K, 10-K and 10-Q, Section 16 reporting, proxy statements, shareholder proposals and related matters. Experience handling corporate governance and executive compensation matters, such as counseling companies on designing and implementing equity incentive plans and employment, severance, and other compensation-related arrangements for both private and public companies is also preferred. Must also be licensed to practice law.
