Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 3-5 years of substantive experience in divorce and family law, preferably in a law firm setting. The candidate should have familiarity with Probate and Family Court rules and practice. Current membership to the Massachusetts Bar essential.
The candidate should have excellent academic credentials, along with strong research, writing, and communication skills.
This old Boston firm has remained a mid-sized regional player while other firms have elected to grow more dramatically in size. Approximately 1:1 partner-to-associate ratio keeps most of the lawyers here fairly busy in all of their full service practice areas, with a special emphasis on business litigation, soft IP, employment and real estate. This firm has changed its focus dramatically in the past several years and has elected to concentrate on more profitable business litigation. But the firm has a much more casual atmosphere than larger firms who do the same work.
