Real Estate Associate Attorney

Parsippany office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks real estate associate attorney with 4+ years of real estate experience. The candidate should have experience in complex commercial real estate and finance transactions, including structuring and closing commercial real estate transactions, due diligence, sales, acquisitions and dispositions, financings, leasing, and development of commercial properties. Experience in complex land use and zoning matters is a plus. Experience representing commercial real estate developers and institutional investors is also a plus. Should have NJ Bar admission in good standing.

The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication and client-facing skills. Must be team-oriented with an emphasis on collaboration. Should have excellent technical, professional and client service skills. Must have effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively, and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs.
