General Liability Associate Attorney

Dallas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a general liability associate attorney with 1-6 years of defense litigation experience. The candidate will independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Represent the interests of clients or insurers at hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, and other proceedings. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Conduct discovery and perform legal research. Coordinate and attend claims reviews. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and insurance carriers. Must have experience with motion practice and depositions. Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus. Demonstrated general liability experience (depositions, court appearances, prepared and argued motions) is required.
