Phoenix office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a premises liability personal injury attorney with 3+ years of personal injury experience. The candidate will handle a heavy and complex caseload of cases from pre-litigation, litigation, trial preparation, and trial. Will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases. Draft and file litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits. Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.

The candidate must have a law degree from a fully accredited law school. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are required. The ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases is needed. Excellent client service and communication skills are essential.
