Registered Funds Senior Associate Attorney / Counsel

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a registered funds senior associate attorney/counsel preferably with 6-12 years of experience with open-end (mutual) funds, closed-end funds, and/or exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and experience representing investment companies, investment advisers, and independent board members on matters arising under US Federal Securities laws, particularly the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and their related rules and regulations. The candidate must have experience in one or more of these areas. Experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house experience at an asset manager is strongly preferred.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials. Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills are required. Should also demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest quality client service and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
