Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks labor and employment associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should have experience representing employers on both a class and individual basis with respect to wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements, along with other labor and employment issues. Wage and hour class action and PAGA experience are required. Must be in good standing with the California Bar.

The candidate should have strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career.
