New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks health care regulatory and transactional associate attorney with 2+ years of regulatory and transactional experience. The candidate should have a strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends. Must preferably have experience in health care regulatory compliance and fraud and abuse matters, including with the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, and reimbursement and coverage rules under Medicare and Medicaid. Should have general corporate experience and have a demonstrated interest in the health care industry. Must have a Bar membership in good standing.

The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail; excellent legal research and analytical skills needed. Should have effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently and proactively and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs.
