Capital Markets Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks capital markets associate attorney with 3+ years of capital markets, corporate and finance transactional experience. The candidate should have broad capital markets, corporate and finance transactions experience and demonstrated experience leading transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities / broker-dealer, capital markets, initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, and fintech matters. Must preferably have experience drafting registration statements and M&A agreements, negotiating with opposing counsel, and leading teams on diligence and closing transactions. Experience supervising and mentoring junior associates is a plus. Bar membership in good standing in California essential.

The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent legal research and analytical skills essential. Must be a self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment. Should have excellent team player skills with the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and the flexibility to engage and collaborate across the firms capabilities and practice areas. Must have effective and efficient problem solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively, as well as to develop creative solutions in order to meet client and team needs.
