I formed Etkin PLLC because I believe that YOU need an advocate; a trusted fiduciary who puts your interests above all others. Someone who can quickly accomplish projects, learn, apply, and teach new concepts and laws, and simply put, someone who can successfully navigate the complexity of the application of law, finance, administration, operations, and technology. With over 25 years of business and legal experience, both inhouse at public and private technology companies and at major law and accounting firms, and in various roles including CEO, GC, and CFO, I understand how administration and operations function and integrate. We excel at both strategic and tactical roles. We have led long term and 30/60/90 day planning sessions as well as performed detailed business process, legal, finance, and compliance work. We have a large network of trusted partners that we leverage when additional expertise is needed and effectively manage outside resources. We often serve as trusted outside advisors handling the details to enable our clients to focus on what they do best.
