Al Holifield founded Holifield & Associates in 2004 with offices in Knoxville, Tennessee. Our firm, now known as Holifield & Janich, PLLC, continues to grow, serving clients across the country from offices in Knoxville and Chicago primarily in the areas of employee benefits, executive compensation and employment law.
We are a boutique firm with specialized knowledge in all facets of employee benefits law. Each of our member attorneys has 20 or more years of experience (acquired primarily in large law firms) serving privately and publicly held companies, not-for-profits, state and local governmental entities, executives and other professionals in the employee benefits industry. Our strength lies in our proven record of success addressing our clients' legal issues in a focused and targeted manner. We use our respective knowledge and experience to assist each other in helping our clients meet their business and human resource goals, and to defend their interests in litigation or governmental investigations.
