Denver-based Holme Roberts & Owen and Bryan Cave have reached a merger deal. In partnership, the two firms have approved to join forces as a single firm. After the official tie-up on January 1, the merger will be known as Bryan Cave. According to The American Lawyer's most recent Global 100 rankings, the merger will make Bryan Cave one of the 25 largest law firms in the world. The merger will give the new Bryan Cave more than 1,100 lawyers in offices in 26 cities.
