Experienced Corporate Partner Joins Akerman

Akerman LLP, a top 100 US law firm, announced the addition of an experienced corporate partner to their national M&A and Private Equity Practice in New York. Ted Rosen will be joining the law firm from Fox Rothschild in their Corporate Private Group, where he was also the administrative partner for the New York Corporate and Public Companies Practices and co-chair of the Private Equity Practice Group.
“Ted is highly regarded for his consummate ability to meet client objectives in complex transactions and he adds tremendous strength to our national M&A and Private Equity team,” co-chair Carl Roston of Akerman’s Corporate Practice Group said.

Rosen has over thirty years of experience with complex transactions. He counsels large, established and emerging companies and private equity funds through matters like management buyouts, mergers, roll-ups, recapitalizations, growth strategies, and more. He has worked with companies in SEC reporting and compliance matters, public and private targets and acquirers in mergers and acquisitions, private and public companies in registered and unregistered equity and debt financing transactions, and public companies in corporate governance and related matters.
