Sendek will focus on patent, trademark and copyright disputes before the U.S Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the International Trade Commission, and U.S. District Courts. He has extensive experience with Section 337 trials at the ITC as well as jury and bench trials in district court and patent office litigation.
Hooker serves as a counselor and litigator for clients with a range of intellectual property issues, such as patent litigation and counseling, trade secret, copyright, trademark, and entertainment matters. He also has transactional and litigation experience involving matters with medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, chemicals, computer software, industrial, mechanical devices, utility, renewable energy, mechanical engineering, and the automotive/transportation industries. He is admitted to practice before numerous federal courts and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
