TITLE

IP Lawyer with 3+ years of experience

Guangzhou office seeks IP lawyer with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will advise and advocate clients in civil actions or other non-contentious IP cases. Will attend, pursue or provide all necessary assistance in criminal IP enforcement actions through PSBs, Prosecutors and Courts. Take responsibility for direct communications with clients and third parties. Supervise and support the work of junior staff and colleagues.
