Award-winning California labor, employment and business immigration law firm, Carothers DiSante & Freudenberger LLP (CDF), proudly announces seven attorneys have received the 2019 Southern California Super Lawyers® honorees designation, of which, only five percent of California attorneys are included annually. Honorees include Dave Carothers, Tim Freudenberger, Brent Giddens, John Giovannone, Steven Micheli, Todd Wulffson and Firm Managing Partner Marie DiSante, who was also listed among Super Lawyers® Top 50 Attorneys in Orange County.

“It’s always an honor to be recognized for hard work and dedication, especially when the recognition comes from industry colleagues,” said DiSante. “As the firm celebrates its 25th anniversary, we will continue to deliver the same high-caliber service our clients have come to expect from us for another quarter-century – and beyond.”

A seasoned employment law attorney, highly respected class action litigator and longstanding champion of diversity and inclusion, DiSante founded the firm with her partners in 1994. Today, she oversees CDF’s well-regarded operation, which has grown to five offices throughout California (Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego), with 45 attorneys practicing labor, employment and immigration law collaboratively. Under DiSante’s stewardship, CDF has built a reputation for excellence and maintained an unparalleled commitment to client success and satisfaction.

Further illustrating the firm’s status at the forefront of employment law, Super Lawyers also selected CDF attorneys Ashley Halberda, Denisha McKenzie, Nancy Lubrano and Carolina Schwalbach to this year’s Rising Stars list for their commendable performance and peer recognition.

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Attorneys selected for inclusion are chosen using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area.
