Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, announced the addition of Lance E. Gibbons to their firm. Gibbons rejoins the Washington, D.C. office as a shareholder. He joins from NT Lakis LLP where he was a partner.

Washington D.C. office managing shareholder Alison N. Davis said, “Lance is a strong addition to the talented group of shareholders we’ve added this year, as he offers clients experienced counsel on labor and employment regulatory matters at all levels of government. His extensive experience before the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs will deepen Littler’s position as the foremost advisor of management on anti-discrimination laws and affirmative action regulations.”

Gibbons has roughly 20 years of experience working with clients on OFCCP matters, advising companies on an array of employment-related requirements involving government contracts and audits. He also has extensive experience handling matters with other workplace regulatory and enforcement agencies like the EEOC.

Gibbons said of his move, “Littler has continued to increase its profile and influence around the globe and here in Washington, and I’m excited to return to the firm. In addition to drawing on Littler’s robust platform and resources to serve clients, I look forward to supporting the firm’s efforts to engage with the government on behalf of employers on labor and employment related developments.”

Gibbons earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University College of Law and B.S. from Miami University.
