Labor & Employment Shareholder Joins Buchalter
Summary: Buchalter welcomed a new shareholder to their Labor & Employment group.
Buchalter announced the addition of Shareholder Dawn Knepper to their Orange County Office. Knepper will be a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. She joins from Ogletree Deakins.
President and Chief Executive Officer of Buchalter, Adam J. Bass, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Dawn to the Firm and to our accomplished Labor & Employment Practice Group.”
Knepper has experience working with employers in all aspects of employment law like litigation and counseling in state and federal court. Her experience with jury and bench trials and in arbitration proceedings such as alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination will be a valuable asset to the firm.
Orange County Office Managing Partner Martin P. Florman added, “We are pleased to welcome Dawn to our Orange County office. Her talent and experiences contribute to the unmatched team of attorneys we have here at Buchalter.”
Knepper is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, and Orange County Bar Association, and the Employment Law Section of the Texas Bar Association. She is also Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

She earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Texas, Austin.
