Commercial Litigators Join Blank Rome

Blank Rome LLP announced the addition of two members to their Commercial Litigation group in Pittsburgh. Richard M. Weibley joined as Of Counsel and Kevin M. Eddy joined as an associate. They are both joining from Pepper Hamilton LLP.

Weibley will focus on complex commercial litigation for businesses and business owners in contract and business disputes, intellectual property matters and corporate governance disputes. As trial counsel, he has tried bench and jury trials in federal and state courts as well as domestic and international courts. He earned his J.D. from Washington and Lees University School of Law and a B.A. from Washington & Jefferson College.
Eddy will continue to focus on commercial litigation and counseling clients in the construction, oil and gas, financial services, commercial real estate, and manufacturing industries. He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York.
