Jason Quintana joined the mergers & acquisitions and private equity groups at Perkins Coie. Quintana was with Mitsui & Co.

Amy Mushahwar joined Davis Wright Tremaine in their privacy & security group. Mushahwar left ZwillGen.

Emily Mallen left Van Ness Feldman LLP to join Sidley Austin’s energy and government strategies groups.

Lean Eisenberg joined the bankruptcy & business reorganizations group at Foley & Lardner LLP. Eisenberg left Arent Fox.

Stephen Zumbrun joined the commercial and corporate litigation group at Blank Rome. Zumbrun was with Thomas H. Ayoob III & Associates, LLC.
